Project description

Since 2010, Blum & Sons Electric has been a top service provider for electrical contracting projects at Vandenberg Air Force Base. Projects have dealt with the one of the Highest Security Operations Facility at VAFB for Mission Critical Operations, multiple critical facility shutdowns involving NRO operations world wide, and high level of safety conditions.

This project met NRO construction schedule even when given multiple design changes during the building construction.

Blum & Sons Electric became part of the engineering design team, providing expertise for construction management. In doing so, we were able assist the electrical engineering design team in minimizing construction costs and ultimately providing an infrastructure power system with multiple redundancies.

Our work here earned a Certificate of Appreciation from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
