Overlooking Montecito’s picturesque Butterfly Beach, is Ty Warner’s Four Seasons Biltmore, one of the Santa Barbara area’s most luxurious resort destinations.
Blum & Sons Electric was contracted through Kitchell Custom Homes to assist in creating a truly remarkable resort.
Renovations included a new 5 kV site infrastructure system, remodel of existing suites and guestrooms, new restaurant and lounge, spa, pool and site landscape lighting system.
