Project description

Project consisted of 18 separate residential apartment buildings with a total of 266 individual apartments. Additional work included a recreation / administration building and community pool. Installation consisted of site utility work, switchgear / multi metering, site lighting, power distribution (site and interior), fire alarm, data communications infrastructure, and interior cabling. A retail plaza was part of the project which included shell work and site lighting. An additional contract was awarded for tenant improvement with R&R furniture.
