Chumash Casino in Santa Ynez
Blum and Sons Electric, Inc., has performed extensive work at the Chumash Casino from providing support when relocating gaming equipment in the casino, updated generator infrastructure, hotel room renovations and installing EV charging stations.
The Inn at the Pier in Pismo Beach
This a hotel recently brought under the Hilton Brand. Many upgrades from lighting to roof top lounge lighting and new heaters. The entire building has been brought up to Hilton Specifications including new fiber and data com cabling. Fabulous hotel in downtown Pismo Beach.
Rosewood Hotel, Miramar Beach, Montecito, CA
This was a ground up project. Blum and Sons performed the installation of electrical, data com, lighting and all controls. This project has multiple pools, spas fitness studios, EV Charging, Restaurants, shopping, event spaces and is situated on the beach front of what is known as the American Riviera. This was a multi year project and was staffed at times with over 100 Blum and Sons employees.

Westmont College – Montecito, California
This project is a ground up build of 70 rooms with kitchens and a student service center. Work includes a medium voltage infrastructure, site lighting, low voltage systems, AV systems, as well as fire alarm systems.
Hotel Serra in San Luis Obispo
Complete build out and ground up construction of an upscale hotel. This project has 68 guestrooms consisting of 8 suites and 57 standard rooms. In addition 4 flats and 4 two story flats with roof decks front on Broad Street will be accessed from the parking ramp and hotel.
Hotel SLO, San Luis Obispo, California
Ground up hotel construction in San Luis Obispo, California. Project includes complete build out, site work, and a pool. The project has 78 guestrooms, a basement parking garage with a Klause car storage system – all totalling 120,000 sq ft.
